The implementation of projects through EU funds
Company J.M.KAPA supported some its investments by financing through EU founds programs OPPP and OPPI. These included the following projects :
Year 2005 – Streamlining of sheet metal parts production
The outcome of this project was the acquisition of new punch press Trumatic 5000R - producer Trumpf Germany. The project allowed increase the volume of orders, stabilization of customers, increase of employees number, savings in material cost and increase of production efficiency.
Year 2007 – Production of parts using laser cutting
The outcome of this project was the acquisition of new technology - laser cutting machine Trumatic L3030 – producer Trumpf. Project allowed to open new business segment.
Years 2010-11 – Reconstruction and extension of the plant in Kolin
The outcome of this project was the acquisition of new to remove the oldest part of company buldings and build new powder painting and assembly workshop. Project allowed to leave rented area in Kutna Hora and increase of powder painting and logistic efficiency.
Years 2011 - We prepare
Years 2014-15 - Expansion of production of welded and assembled constructions from sheet metal
The project supposes following investments:
- Grinding and deburring machine – now in run for stainless steel parts
- Laser cutting equipment with source 5-6kW
- Welding cell with robot
- CNC-turning machine
- Small CNC vertical machining center
